Natural Swimming Pools - Maintenance

Maintenance costs of a Natural Swimming Pool are much lower than maintenance costs of a conventional swimming pool. There is no need to constantly feed the pool with chemicals. Over time, as the swimming pool reaches a more robust self balance, less and less cleaning is required and maintenance mainly means pruning and grooming of the Plants… Over different seasons plants die, fall on the gravel, turn into compost and feed themselves, as in nature. New plants grow and in the summer, the Constructed Wetland turns into a ravishing site of color.

If Module M5 (Phosphate Binder) is installed, once a year the Zeolite has to be replaced. Once every couple of years the foam in module M3 (Filter foam Module) needs to be replaced. Once a year it is recommended to replace the UV light.
